The Choicest of Prey, a completely new mystery set three hundred years ago, has already piqued the interest of fans. Isn't there more to this action-packed sci-fi/horror franchise than meets the eye, given that there have been so many films and streaming technology has advanced? They attempt to do things with it because the Predator series is still in production, Hulu subscribers may have to wait a while to see the new project.
The service is now working on an Alien scene with Noah Hawley at the helm. The Align collection isn't expected to be available on Netflix until 2023, and it doesn't look like they are confident it will be that soon. Because the two companies have previously partnered on the big screen, fans may be able to anticipate crossover activity on Hulu in the near future.
Alien vs. Predator wasn't a smash hit in cinemas, but with a better chance to extend their minds as Hulu shows, they'll strive for a rematch in the future, especially if they can gain some experience behind the wheel with a passion for the mission. Please keep in mind that this is the most basic guess. While we understand that Hulu is building an Alien and a Predator collection, we haven't been able to confirm if the two will ever meet. Prey, which will be released later this year, focuses on what a predator collection might entail.
Prey travels back in time three hundred years, making it a prequel film, but one that deviates into previously unknown territory on the big screen. Naru, a warrior desperate to protect her clan, might be the novel's heroine. Instead of being released in cinemas, the film is expected to be streamed on Hulu. While no official release date has been determined, it is expected to enter cinemas in 2022 during the summer season. We haven't been able to determine whether or not the Predator franchise will play a significant role in the storyline of Prey.
Even though the new collection does not include any of the new Prey characters, it gives the impression that this project at the very least opens up Predator narratives for the audience at multiple points throughout the chronology, making this an exciting time for the collection to begin. Because of Disney's takeover of Fox a few years back, the timing of the Predator collection, as well as the succeeding Alien collection, is most likely coincidental. Disney is the owner of Hulu. Predator and Alien are also violent films that may be irrelevant to Disney+ subscribers, at least if the new collection maintains the tone that fans of the logo like. If Disney wants to expand Hulu's content and make it more of a fixture, as they have done with Disney+, then partnering with the streaming service to build franchises like Predator would appear to be an excellent next step for their newly acquired IP.
